- To RE-CALIBRATE the thermometer, please follow these instructions:
1. Fill a glass with crushed ice, then top off with cold water.
2. Stir and leave for 3 minutes.
3. Stir again and immerse the probe in the ice water.
4. Wait for the temperature reading to settle, then press and hold the HOLD button for 3-4 seconds, until the reading shows 32°F or 0°C.
